After posting pictures with a cold theme, thoughts of warm weather were on my mind. I have been extremely tardy in posting these pictures from our summer trip to the farm. This year we were able to be there during the Gage County Fair which meant fun in the midway and entering projects in open class.
During one of the snow storms last year, a project Izzy & I worked on was a tie-dyed shirt. Here she won a blue ribbon and was so proud!
Wheeeee!
The kids got these lemurs after playing in the duckie pond. It is so funny because these are loved things still to this date by all 3.
My friend Jess came down with her husband and kids to visit. We made a second trip to the fair. A high light was the petting zoo.
Summer time on the farm includes fresh garden foods. The kids enjoyed helping dig potatoes and picking tomatoes.

Farm memories also include the generations who have drank well water from the famous tin cup.
