Easter Eggs

With Easter fast approaching, we decided to dye some eggs for Izzy's 1st Easter. She didn't quite know what to do with her egg other than mouth it. But it was fun to watch her enjoy the time. No cries even when daddy & I continued to dye the rest of them. Even Clay stayed off the table so we finished without any major messes to clean up.

This is Izzy's egg. We dyed it yellow and then let her play with finger paints to put her "touch" on it... and herself. This may be a preview for the birthday cake soon to come!

Daddy was extremely jealous of this egg. This one was mommy's work-of-art. Even Izzy wants it :-)

When we first started, Izzy was more into my hair than the task at hand. Why am I not surprised... this is what she does when drinking her bottle in the morning. She sees a piece of hair and goes after it. I'm amazed I don't have any bald spots.

Daddy & Izzy hard at work with the eggs.
